Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Clutch Elite Basketball leagues, events, and use of this website.
Eligibility
Participation is limited to players who are at least 30 years old before the first scheduled game. Providing false age information results in removal from the league without refund.
Registration
Team spots are limited to eight and confirmed on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee a spot until payment is received and confirmed by the league.
Conduct
All participants agree to the league code of conduct. The league may suspend or remove any player or team for conduct detrimental to the league, officials, or host facilities.
Schedule Changes
The league may adjust schedules, formats, or venues due to facility availability, weather, or circumstances beyond its control.
