Refund Policy

No Refund Policy
All payments, including deposits, full team entry fees, and free agent registration fees, are final. Clutch Elite Basketball does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to team withdrawal, player injury, schedule conflicts, or inability to participate.
Free Agent Registration
The free agent registration fee is $200.00. This fee is non-refundable. Free agents are grouped together to form their own team and do not join existing teams.
Deposits
A $500 deposit reserves one of the eight available league spots and is non-refundable. Spots are confirmed on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
Full Payment
Teams may pay the full $1,400 entry fee upfront. Full payments are also final and non-refundable.
Balance Payments
The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the start of the league. Teams that do not pay in full by the deadline may forfeit their spot and all amounts paid.
Removal for Cause
Players or teams removed for conduct violations or false eligibility information are not eligible for a refund.
